Led communications for the students' association serving 15,000+ students at SAIT — strategy, campaigns, sponsorships, brand, and design, with design work spanning the 2019–2020 Survival Guide through the 2025–26 student handbook.

Rebuilt the weekly student bulletin as a custom HTML/CSS template — 22K peak subscribers, zero code edits needed per issue since. Built the Tedi Hotline SMS channel from scratch — ~98% open rate, $5K per semester in new sponsorship, over 1,000 giveaway entries in one semester via a Calgary Flames partnership.

Diagnosed and fixed a live technical failure during the 2025 Calgary Mayoral Debate — a QR code outage in front of a 4,300+ view stream — in real time, on camera.

Student handbooks and survival guides, campaign posters, menu systems for campus food and beverage venues, and the digital signage that promoted them.
